All you need to send us is a high resolution image (300 dpi) or an image that is at least the same size as the charm you are ordering.
SAVING YOUR FILE
Your files should be saved using the following name structure:
name_charmtype
E.g. jacqueskeogh_brooch
That way we'll be able to match your artwork to your order.
SENDING US YOUR FILE
Either upload your artwork via the product listing or email it directly to us at: hello@yeahlaser.com, we'll then create a proof and once you accept it we'll cut and make your order!

There’s no planet B so we are doing our best to think about our environmental impact as possible. A few of our material suppliers offset their CO2 emissions, and we run our our studio entirely on renewable electricity. Our set up is a laser cutter with a filtration system, and you can see the other ways in which we’re trying to reduce our impact on the planet below.
Why has my order been shipped to me in shoe box?
As designers we're very aware that there's a lot of "stuff" on this planet we call home. We don't need any more of it, and we're doing everything we can do to reduce what we can.
We are not under any illusion that our business is about making stuff, hopefully 'stuff' that you can turn into something awesome that's going to be used by generations to come. But single use plastics and packaging that's not recyclable is not where we're at.
We have ordered in a bunch of cardboard mailing boxes that can be reused, recycled or are obviously biodegradable, but if your order doesn't fit in these then we will use what is around us, or go to our local high street friends who are happy to give us their boxes!
Do you recycle your acrylic waste?
YES! We recycle our acrylic locally, unfortunately at this time we can’t receive returned off-cuts as we don’t have the space to store them. If you need to recycle your own off-cuts locally then look for a local plastic merchant or fabricator as they may have on site “acrylic bins” which they are able to sell for recycling. Have a friendly chat and they might be open to taking your offcuts too!
I've heard about Greencast acrylics, why don't you use these?
The majority of our acrylics are made in the UK which means that the carbon footprint is small. Greencast acrylics are made from waste acrylic which is produced in Italy and Germany, and then shipped to the UK. As most of our acrylic is Perspex, if you want to know more about their sustainability policy, have a look here:

Are your wood veneers from sustainable sources?YES! The veneers are not made of or contain wood of endangered wood species, e.g. such as the Fitzroy Cupressoides species.
And our supplier "has obtained statements by the suppliers of each article that all harvesting was done legally and conform to European regulations. Suppliers do confirm no harvesting was done in areas where armed conflicts occur."
